Ovrin Refund & Return Policy

We want you to have a satisfactory shopping experience with Ovrin.

Returns:
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order, provided the product is unused, unopened, and in its original condition and packaging.

Products that are damaged due to misuse, used after delivery, or returned without original packaging may not qualify for a return.

Damaged or Incorrect Products:
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

• Order number
• Clear photographs/videos of the product
• Description of the issue

After reviewing the request, we may offer a replacement, refund, or another appropriate resolution.

Refunds:
Once an approved return is received and inspected, eligible refunds will be processed through the original payment method where possible.

Refund processing time may depend on your bank or payment provider.

Non-Returnable Items:
Certain products may not be eligible for return due to hygiene, safety, or other product-specific reasons. Such restrictions will be mentioned on the product page where applicable.
